FlirtEssence Returns and Refund Policy

At FlirtEssence, we strive to provide high-quality lingerie and intimate apparel that our customers love. Please review our Returns and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. No Refunds for Change of Mind

1.1. FlirtEssence does not offer refunds for change of mind.

1.2. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless it meets the criteria outlined in Section 2 below.


2. Eligible Returns and Exchanges

2.1. Returns and exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The item received is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • The wrong item was sent due to an error on our part.
  • The item remains unused, unworn, and in its original, sealed packaging with all tags attached.

2.2. Customers must notify FlirtEssence within 4 days of receiving their order to initiate a return or exchange.

2.3. To request a return or exchange, contact our support team at tonjaadkins@flirtessence.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.


3. Refunds and Processing Time

3.1. Refunds are only issued for defective or incorrect items and will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

3.2. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after processing.

3.3. If a refund is not received within the expected timeframe, customers should first check with their bank or payment provider before contacting us for assistance.


4. Return Shipping

4.1. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

4.2. FlirtEssence recommends using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

4.3. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.


5. Non-Returnable Items

5.1. Due to hygiene and health regulations, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective:

  • Panties, thongs, and bodysuits
  • Hosiery and stockings
  • Opened or worn intimate apparel
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

6. Sale and Promotional Items

6.1. Sale items, clearance products, and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

6.2. Discount codes and promotions cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
